This is literally a five minute meal prep: Spicy Ranch Chicken with Vegetables
-Chicken (your choice, tenders, breasts, thighs)
-Frank's Hot Sauce
-Ranch dressing seasoning packet
I usually use the Crock-pot for this, and I usually use chicken breasts. But I forgot to thaw the chicken early enough to use it, and we were home anyways so this worked.
Spray Pan, put chicken down, sprinkle ranch dressing seasoning packet over all, drizzle the amount of frank's hot sauce you want over and viola! Bake at 350 until chicken is done (for these tenders, in my oven it was about 30 minutes).
We had cut up veggie medley (I bought the veggies in a pre-cut package at the grocery store because it saves SO MUCH TIME). I drizzled olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mixed up the veggies. I baked this next to the chicken at the same temperature and for the same time.
So fast and easy. A little spicy for little mouths, but I feel like I'm usually preparing other things for them anyways, so this was perfect for my husband and myself. I usually drizzle a little ranch dressing on top too!
